Lindsay needs a punch in the face

In case you haven't heard (and don't ask me where I heard because I do not remember), Lindsay Lohan is suing ETrade over their Super Bowl commercial. The commercial I'm talking about is the one where the stock trading baby has a laaaaady baby over who asks about a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay. From what I remember reading, Lindsay says she is the baby since they have the same name and many celebrities are only known by one name. Seriously?!? Lindsay, I want to punch you in the face right now. I am going out on a limb here but I am pretty sure you are not the only one named Lindsay on Earth. Also, WTF is a milkholic anyway?
