Business Card Bar Prank

Last Friday we posted, Smooth (Future) Dr. Rob, where I showed off some homemade business cards I would be distributing at the bar for Rob's 29th birthday.
Things. Went. Flawlessly.

Smooth (Future) Dr. Rob

I am getting ready to head out to the bar for my Brother in Law's birthday. He is getting old and quite frankly I have not seen him with a respectable lady for some time now. I figured it was in his best interest if I helped him out. I will be distributing these business cards I whipped up to select ladies throughout the evening.

(His mobile number has been censored for web use, it will be distributed in the bar however.)

Garage Renovations

Over the past few weeks I under took what was originally supposed to be a quick 3 day project to epoxy my garage floor. I have already epoxied two rooms in my house and my in-law's garage so it is not like I didn't know what I was doing. My garage had other plans however...

Your Pets are Not Safe... from H1N1

Turns out no one is safe from the H1N1... not even your pets. Important people in Iowa confirmed that a cat has H1N1. Muffins (not it's real name), is a 13 year old indoor only cat and is said to be recovering. Pigs, birds, and ferrets (didn't make it) have also had confirmed reports of H1N1.
I guess the lesson here is that if you really love your pets, stop mouth kissing them while you are sick.

New Social Features - Google Friend Connect

Today Google released some new features to the Google Friend Connect system I use here (and you probably use on your blog). Most notably, you can now send private messages to users you come across on the site. So if you want to ask JDub who tattooed his areolas, you can just click on his face and then click 'Send Message'. He gets the message and can reply to you if he wants.
In addition to the private messages, Friend Connect also added "Interests" and "Newsletters".
Interests can be filled out by you, so you can see what you have in common with other users of the site. For example; Eric has man crush on Dana White and notices that Whitey lists MMA in his interests. Eric could then send Whitey a message asking him about which UFC fighter has the best calves. Right now I only have location and gender enabled, but please leave your suggestions in the comments.
The Newsletter feature is just that, a newsletter. It is opt in only (I think) and lets me or anot…
